Information Flow

Fact: The Brain consists of neural networks and functions on electrical principles.

Question: If human behavior is a function of electrical brain, then human behavior at some level must show these electrical properties of brain? Like in terms of excitation and response – lead / lag timings.

A Point of View: A human society at core is just a collection of brains of individuals connected together through different medium of interactions and bound together with constant flow of information.

Big Question: Then does information flow in the society follow same basic electrical principles? Such as basic law of flow of current – ohms law and path of least resistance!
